About Clustfarms
Our Story
Clustfarms Limited started its journey in 2016 with the aim of using technology in developing production processes in agriculture, its value chains and creating market linkages for the rural farmers to ensure food security, wealth creation and sustainable economic development.
Clustfarms was conceived after a food crisis in 2016. This crisis prompted our drive for agribusiness in the south eastern part of Nigeria. Later in 2018, we got our first business to supply cocoyam to a processing company, which we successfully supplied about 2000 tonnes of cocoyam. The repeat business made us adopt a backward approach by aggregating rural farmers from the south eastern part of Nigeria in order to create sustainable supply. From then we have continued to grow and evolve as a company, continuously on the lookout for opportunities to build good business relationships, facilitate win-win situations and strengthen the agricultural value chain in Nigeria.
